The rain didn’t stop this day from being an extraordinary celebration of love and friendship between two very special people. I met Sam and Mike last fall when I took their engagement pictures in Ann Arbor. Two warm, goofy and fun-loving personalities emerged that day and since then, we’ve kept in touch to discuss all matters of wedding details! I love hearing all about the wedding day plans, it helps me prepare for the day too. Anyway, a bit of rain…ok, a thunderstorm during the ceremony didn’t even phase this couple. And afterward, the clouds parted and the sun came out just in time for our photos on the University of Michigan campus. A lovely reception followed at Weber’s Inn and featured some oh so cute cakes created by Sam’s aunt as well as a little dinner music by Ann Arbor’s infamous Violin Monster. It was such a great afternoon and both Sam and Mike looked stunning! Enjoy this little preview of their wedding day.
