Spring shooting at the lovely Matthaei Botanical Gardens is always a treat. The daffodils and tulips were out in their brilliant colors, serving as the perfect backdrop for a Sunday morning family session. When photographing families with toddlers, I try to set up the appropriate expectation that anything can and will happen! Patience is always the key as well as a relaxed and flexible attitude.
